Question: Is there a way I hold my pee in for longer.?
When I drink water (which is a lot of the time) Within Minutes I find myself going to the toilet.. Any way I can train my bladder to hold on for longer.?.?Health Question & Answer

uhhhhhh I think you just gotta have the ability like me.. Helps if you're doing something to occupy urself.. And stand up when you gotta go bad, It's easier to go if you're sitting.. Oh for emergencies only.. JUST GO!Health Question & Answer
You can't train your bladder to hold pee longer.. You could damage your bladder what you could do is go to the bathroom when needed..Health Question & Answer
