yes it is normal you should see a doctor if it cont.... to hurt but if you dont want to see a doctor a suggest using wet wipes to wipe your bum when u have a poo also you should wash the area that was damaged with luke warm water and anti-bacterial spray/wash/cream and i should heal over a perioud of about 3-7days i hope thiss helpsHealth Question & Answer
