My chest muscles?!
Question: My chest muscles.?
I have strong pecs on the upper part but at the bottom is ver soft and perky what can i do about this.? thanks in advanceHealth Question & Answer

there are a variety of bench press variations that work different parts of the pectorals..
apart from regular bench press, benching from an incline bench ( when your chest is in a higher position than your feet are, rather than both being level) works the high part of the pectoral..
similarly, benching from a decline bench (when your legs are higher up and you are lying back and your head is in a lower position, will work more of the bottom parts of your pecs..
also doing flys and other chest exercises from a decline can help build up your lower pec..
