for some, it means to not be a wimp: to take pain, to not cry, to carry on against all odds.. I think I get where you are coming from.. This is a term I hear quite regularly.. I have got it all through High School and I get it at home.. It is were someone who thinks there a man says it to someone like me and by the sounds of it you because you dont wear penis on your shoulder..
