How do I measure my waist-to-shoulder ratio?!

Question: How do I measure my waist-to-shoulder ratio.?

I've been reading about waist-to-shoulder ratios.. Apparently people find men with ratios of 0..75 and less to be much more attractive than those over 0..75.. I know how to correctly measure my waist, but I'm not so sure about my shoulders..

BTW, I think my ratio will be a lot higher than 0..75!!
