Question: I'm having a problem with urination! Please help me!!
I seem to urinate frequently and worst of all, I feel as if I haven't emptied my bladder and I sometimes have to push hard to let out the urine.. I recently went to a medical centre and the doctors said that nothing was wrong with me!!!

first i would get a second opinion because there is something wrong
but its probably not serious .. it could be anxiety related , it could be that you just freeze up while urinating .. One thing that might help is to drink as much purified water or as much juice as you can, this will help fill you're bladder up so that when you do have to pee it should flow out more easily..If you can drink cranberry juice it works wonders on some bladders .. ..also try to relax as best as you can and not be in a hurry , ..Another thing is while paying attention to where you are aiming lol concentrate on thinking of something pleasant ....Health Question & Answer

if the docter said there was nothing wrong then there isen't
all you have to do is flush out whatever is in you trust me this works
when i was five years old i had the same problem but i'm a girl........
they told me nothing was wrong for years untill t got soo bad that when i went pee i felt like i had to go but coulden't......they told me one of my tubes was lager than the other........

mine dones this after a workout, but then again i do get through 3 litres of water in one go, could it be that you drank alot before.? it is natural to have to push to get the last bits out, but if your having to push out lots then theres a problem..Health Question & Answer

if this is a short term thing, it's probably just a small bladder infection, if it persists, talk to your doctor.. Health Question & Answer
