all you need is a mawr pad.. you can get them through sears catalogue.. The Mawr pad is a device that senses moisture and sounds an alarm.. Eventually you learn to associate when it's time to urinate with waking up naturally and you will no longer need the device.. I don't think they are very expensive and they are perfectly safe.. Won't hurt to give it a try.. I think it takes something like 30 days to be able to stop wetting the bed without the pad.. Nevertheless you shouldn't be ashamed of having a medical condition.. I think adults and even children would understand and have compassion, except for the real a holes.. In the meantime be sure to take a shower every morning until you get this matter settled.. also make sure that the soap that you use doesn't make you smell worse.. I was a bed wetter until I was 13 so I feel for you, but yuo can beat this.. There is hope.. Health Question & Answer
