Drink a plastic cup of beer, then crunch it a little (without permanently breaking it) and put it around your nipples so that when it tries to get back to it's initial form, it will suck up your tit and it will make them grow over time..

No, none of those things will work.. It isn't normal for a non obese man to have boobs really.. There is transsexual surgery of course, or hormones -- but frankly, I think the male torso looks so much better..
