My nipple is puffy help???????/!


Question: My nipple is puffy help.?.?.?.?.?.?.?/
Ok here's whats going on...... im 15 years old and about two months ago i noticed my left nipple is puffy.... It makes me feel weird without a shirt and stuff is their something i can do or will it go away.... its only on my left too......

all it is , is puberty it will go away in a few weeks to a months its very normal and happens to me all the time..sometimes one will puff up and the other one won't.. also one will feel more sensitive than the other.. there is nothing to worry about..

While very minor looking, it sounds like a slight case of gynecomastia.. It is related to your hormones and will go away with time..

"The condition can occur physiologically in neonates (due to female hormones from the mother), in adolescence, and in the elderly.. In adolescent boys the condition is often a source of distress, but for the large majority of boys whose pubertal gynecomastia is not due to obesity, the breast development shrinks or disappears within a couple of years"..

Short of waiting it out, the next solution is surgery.. Might be a bit drastic at this point, but if you continue to have concerns, see your doctor for an opinion or referral..
