ok never ever ever stop an addiction cold turkey if it is an addiction.. ...... you should do it gradually ...... try chewing a little less at a time .... until you can stop........ If you just need something to chew to help you along try gum as others suggest but you dont break bad habits you replace them so try to put youre energies into doing something positive that can become habit forming

Try gum, or Sunflower Seeds.... They work really good too!Health Question & Answer
