90 is too young.. Because most guys wear way too much, and your natural scent is masked.. If you don't stink, don't wear any.. I've been complimented several times on how good I smell, and never wear aftershave or cologne.. And been around guys who apparently bathed in it.. After shave is really just "glorified", "medicated" cologne.. A man can choose to wear an after shave product or a cologne product.. Usually they come in a gift boxed set.. So no, 15 would not be too young to wear an aftershave product..
