What is this weird surge of heat I got when ejaculating?!

I was masturbating and it took a really long time and a lot of lotion to ejaculate.. This might be because I didn't have any visual stimuli.. Anyway, when I finally did ejaculate, I got this weird surge of heat go through my body.. It was actually not pleasant, as it normally is when ejaculating.. When it happened I instantly started sweating......like right away.. I was sweating in weird places too, like the bottom of my chin/jaw.. Is all this normal.?
