my muscles are always sore after training..

YES I WARM UP AND STRECH AND COOL DOWN..
just sometimes i push myself alot..

its sore rite now.. it means its getting stronger.?

well, yeah, you are getting stronger but the muscle soreness is from lactic acid which is produced when your muscles are worked in a way that they are not used to.. As you continue to exercise your muscles will build and get used to doing what you are making them do and they won't produce the lactic acid..
