Free-Weights work out plan?!
Question: Free-Weights work out plan.?
I am starting to Lift again and need a routine...... I go to the Gym monday, tuesday, thursday, and friday...... they have every kind of free weight I just need a little guidence on what to do and when to do it...... I havent lifted without a buddy in years so im a little rusty...... thanks for the help!

Monday/Thursday : 'Push" day - Squats, Bench, overhead press, all 3 sets of 5 reps..
Tuesday/Friday: Pull day - Deadlifts, bent over row's, pullups..
