It may be embarrassing, but you need to be checked out by a doctor.. Your over-all health it more imprtant than what a doctor will think.. You could take a bath in Epsom salt and soak.. You may need a couple.. Epsom salt is real cheap and available at the grocery store.. Read the instructions..
