Question: A question about steam room.?
i recently joined a health club, and i like to use the steam room / hot tub after working out.. i find myself very relaxed and even a bit 'aroused' inside the steam bath room...... is this normal at all.? i even find myself become semi erect a few times, i wonder why.? thanks......Health Question & Answer

this is normal, even if you get an erection dont worry about it just dont make a big deal out of it.. If I wereom the steam room and another man was there an got an erection I wouldnt be offended as long as he didnt attempt to use it on me..Health Question & Answer

Relax.. It's pretty normal especially if you had a work out before.. As you sweat, more blood flows through your body as your heart pumps harder so you would get an erection along the way..
