Question: How long will it take me to get a six pack.?
i run 3..5 miles per day on my eliptical machine...... i am eating eggs meat etc.. only drinking water and putting crystal light in it and i do this 8 minute abs thing...... im 13 years old 5'2-5'3 wit a little slab of fat on my stomach...... and after that also say what i could do to speed things upHealth Question & Answer

continue eating healthy and running, and also try doing some of these crunches.. the most important thing to do is rest your abdominal muscles as you would any other muscle after a workout, so the tiny tears you create have time to heal and repair.. Try every other day
