White substance comes out (sperm or prostate liquid?)!

Hello Jordan,

Firstly, I would advise you to wash the penis, making sure the foreskin is fully pulled back, you must wash the penis regularly inorder to help fight off any infection this is best done in the bath not the shower..

There are a number of things that this could be:

Urethra infection, (where there is an infection in the tube which takes urine and other fluids to the tip of the penis, this could be causing you to have the urge to force more urine out when you have finished)


Overactive Epididymis - This could be storing more sperm than it needs to and therefore when you have been to the toilet, the Epididymis "see's" it's chance to empty or release excess pressure, therefore this could be the white substance..

Enlarged Prostate Gland - this can cause numerous problems with the urine and generally the male genital tract..

Therefore i would advise you to keep the area very clean to help reduce infection and make an appointment to see your Doctor as soon as possible..
