Really......you wasted five points to ask this silly question.. The answer is purely logical.. Transexuals have reassignment surgery while transvestites (or trannies) do not.. For male to female transexuals there will never be a period as all that's changed is the external genitalia.. They do not get a functional uterus, fallopian tubes or ovaries therefore they are not physiologically capable of going through menses..
