Question: I have no energy what can i do
I got no energy whatsoever, i can't even walk around without feeling tired
I always lean angist something when i stand
I'm always sitting down
I'm only 25 yrs old, and not overweight
and no matter how much i eat, i never gain weight
what can i do to get more energy, i don't want to live like this
I used to be able to run around all day, and kick azz, but now, i'm getting my azz kicked at everything

Had the exact same problem..
Hypothyroidism gave me the exact same symptoms.. Pretty weird huh.. But I did gain 6 pounds within the last 6 months so ya I did gain weight but, compared to what I ate, it was nothing..Health Question & Answer

well try to improve your diet! thats a major part of it.. eat lots of carbs and don't take in too much junk foods.. If u still feel this way then please go see ur GP quick.. it sounds serious for ur age!Health Question & Answer
