You can't transmit anything to him.. If he had something and you actually touched your vagina, it's possible to get something.. If neither of you have a disease then you are fine, and it doesn't sound like you went low enough to transmit.. Usually, stuff like herpes could possibly (though slight) be transmitted from touching him then touching you..
