Yup! In fact, I have three different pillows that I'll often switch out depending on the night and temperature.. If I'm lying on my back in the middle of summer and after 20 minutes I'm still not asleep and my back is getting warm, I'll grab a smaller, thinner pillow, and flip over and sleep on my chest with the new pillow.. i wasd forced to sleep on my chest for 3 months, i was in traction in hospital...... damn it was uncomfortable, so much so , one night i flipped myself over in my sleep...... it took a few hours to get me turned back over......
