One study showed that circumcised guys had slightly smaller penises on average (it was a really tiny different).. I believe it was to do with the scar tissue or something.. also, sometimes if too much skin is removed on an infant circumcision that could possibly restrict erection size later on.. In general though circumcision doesn't change size much though the foreskin does provide some girth..
