I remember reading instructions for condom use once where it said to retract the foreskin before putting on the condom if uncircumcised.. The condom should be put on when you're erect, so your foreskin will already be at least partly retracted.. You should retract it the rest of the way if it's not fully back..Health Question & Answer
The women that have answered your question obviously haven't been with a guy with a longer foreskin.. If yours is like mine the foreskin covers almost the whole head when erect..
