Question: Insect bite or herpes.?
Last night I was camping on an island where there was an over-abundance of mosquitos, horseflys, other insects.. I slept outside (no sleeping bag) and was drunk so pulled my tools out more then 8-10 times to urinate.. I went to the bathroom this morning and realized a good-sized flesh-colored bump on my right testicle.. It doesn't itch or anything, I'm just concerned and have no medical insurance to go get it looked at..Health Question & Answer

It's a bite.. Herpes, especially the first outbreak, comes in clusters not just a single sore..
But just to make sure, when is the last time you had a sexual encounter.? An outbreak will occur 7-10 days afterwards..
also, quit picking at it....that is counterproductive nomatter what it is..

You'd get a lot more than one spot from a herpes rash, especially on the first outbreak..Health Question & Answer
