Backflip help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...!

Hi i have 2 days to learn how to backflip..

ive tried a few times by putting the mattress on the floor and jumping backwards kind of..

but i keep fallin on the back of my neck with my legs above my head..

can any 1 provide me with steps pointers or links to tutorials.?

i have 2 days to learn and im not scared to get hurt..

o yea and do i need a good vertical jump.?
