it sounds like the frenulum.. so yes it's supposed to be there.. google frenulum to see what i mean.. if it doesn't look like it then it might be left over from your circumcision.. you can get rid of it by doing a recircumcision or talk to your doc about it..Health Question & Answer

Some circumcisions are 'tighter' than others.. The Doctor who did you has obviously left a little foreskin there.. It's possible that you will 'grow into it' or it might just always be there..Health Question & Answer
