But if you mix the sit ups with cardiovascular and eat right..

your too young to be worrying about image,but if you want to lose belly fat eat smaller portions but eat at least five times a day,this will increase your metabolism..You must also exercises at least an hour a day four times a week..Do this until you see results,some people take longer than others..Oh and by the way what you eat is important,no more sugars and starches..Health Question & Answer
Well it's up to you to do it every night.. I'd rather do it every morning and/or afternoon that way the rest of the day i would be active and lose more fat.. Doing it every night is good but it's hard.. SO either be committed to doing it before you go sleep or do a lot in the morning or afternoon..Health Question & Answer
