Okay, I have to know.. I have small pimples on my genitals, but not on my penis.. I have never had sex and am 14.. What could this be.? Please reply..Health Question & Answer

It could be because of sweating.. It has been hot and if you sweet a lot it can cause rash/pimples.. Try washing, using baby powder/corn starch and let air get to it.. Health Question & Answer
They could just be places where hair is beginning to grow.. These spots are small and should be similar in color to the rest of the scrotum..
