It's called the perineum.. Yes, that's a lot of syllables, but that's the real name for it.. Some people call it "taint", but I hate that term because it's formed out if "it ain't this and it ain't that", which to me sounds ungrammatical and ignorant, and besides, "taint" already means "a slight pollution" or "to pollute lightly"..

You might be interested to know that this region is filled with tissue that swells up when you get an erection, and feels good to rub then..
