First of all I don't call my genitals junk, I call them jewels.. I have a higher regard for them than that.. I realize it's just a term, which was somewhat popular for awhile, but I prefer other words for my manhood, which is more desirable than a word describing cast-off trash or unusable items, as junk is..
Anyway, back to your question.. No, I've never had genital tingling from alcohol, nor has anyone else ever mentioned it to me..
Alcohol is a depressant, and if anything, it has more of an anaesthetic effect on most people..
I'm also curious about why alcohol would have that effect on you..
