Answers:
I think you should continue your regular exercise regime........but as for food intake, I'd eliminate all sugars - bread, pasta, potatoes........etc..
I bet you look great........and probably don't need to lose weight, BUT desperate times call for desperate measures............
And for the record - you have almost described my body type to a T.. I am muscular, but have this 'protective' layer - HA HA:) I can wear a 32/34 waist........but still have the protective layer............
