Yes, in today's world it is vital, with all the STI's that are around.. I think the main issue with condoms is some men lose a certain amount of sensation and feel condoms simply, 'get in the way' of sex.. i think that you should only worry about YOUR man.. let's face it, guys are jerks, and we all know it (and i'll admit, it's true).. if and when you have sex with a man, take the initiative to be on birth control and to ask him to wear a condom.. if there's "something" there between you, he'll wear it to make you feel comfortable.. if he refuses, then maybe he doesn't care about you enough, but that's what i think..Health Question & Answer
