Question: Weightlifting question...... How can I increase size of my veins.?
I am looking for a detailed answer on how to increase the size of my veins in my arms and shoulders.. I know I need to lose some of the fat weight, do some extra cardio, and lift a decent amount.. This is just kind of understood.. I am looking for specific lifting or cardio techniques that trainers or athletes have used and gotten results with more bulging veins.. 10 pts for best

Burn fat, just go to the park at the monkey bars and do pull ups and push ups.. Weighs will only add mass.. But doing resistance and pull ups push ups will tight your muscle and make your veins pop out more..!Health Question & Answer
