depending on how far up you are talking about, it is either the other side of your rectum, like behind it and when you wipe it gets caught.. or depending on how high up, it could be where your tail used to be (we had tails in the womb and they fall off just before birth) just keep it clean and dont worry about it if that is your only problem..
