It might be an illness, but it is probably because you ate something with a concentrated amount of blue food colouring, like ice cream or cake or candy.. Brightly coloured foods can pass through your system almost unchanged and stain your poop..
Once my friend ate some cupcakes with red food colouring, and a few days later she was very worried because her poop was all bright red and she thought her intestines had ruptured and stained her poo with blood or something..
