they aren't white, some of them look like they are just hair bumps but others don't.. they are not red or irritated looking.. they are just little flesh colored bumps.. i am a virgin and std's don't run in my family.. what are they.?Health Question & Answer

its called Fordyce's Spot, don't worry its perfectly natural some males have it all around their penis and some only on the base and underneath their shaft, there isn't a cure for them only a way to make them appear less by not moisturizing them and leaving them dry, try not to touch either..Health Question & Answer
