Answers:
The main sign of cancer is a lump, not pain.. Pain is a sign of inflammation in the testicle, which can be from trauma (too much shaking of the nuts with masturbation.?) or infection or for no particular reason.. If you have no lumps and at your age it is very unlikely to be cancer, although checking with your doctor is always the best policy.. Although smoking is bad, it won't have anything to do with the pain.. A reaonably regular level of masturbation could help, doesnt matter how much, as long as you are not wanking 3 times a day for a few days and then nothing at all for a week.. Whatever the level, keep it reasonably constant..Health Question & Answer

Do the testicular examination to your genitals and see if you feel an abnormal lump.. It's possible that they're sensitive because you're growing.. If you're not used to masturbating so many times a day, the testicles may hurt.. It's probably growing pains, but if you're really worried or feel anything wierd in your testicles, see a doctor.. Hope this helps..Health Question & Answer
