Im 15 turning 16 in 3 months, and i am also asian.. I measured today and my penis grew (weird because 5 days ago i made a vow not to masturbate but i gave in, this might of made it grow O_O..), and now its 7 inches long and 6..3 inches in girth.. 15/16 is still really young, and you are most likely still developing, im sure you will continue to grow in size possibly up to 18..
Thats a really good size, since the average is 6 inches..
I was originally 6 inches and your age, and ended up at 8inches as an adult;)
