When i twist my wrist i feel a tightening pain in it?!
Question: When i twist my wrist i feel a tightening pain in it.?
everytime i turn my wrist it feels like the tendon is being pulled on in my wrist and i get a sharp pain if i do it fast but if i dont do that it doesnt hurt so i keep it straight it's okay while i type its fine....what could this be.? did i hurt the tendon how long till it heals.? i think it was from lifting weights but idk what i did to itHealth Question & Answer

You should check that out with a doctor, you could have injured your tendon from weightlifting.. After a weightlifting session you can rotate it around, that might stretch it a little..
