i seems that your quite healthy or fat in size..,
well to get rid or ur problem , u can have some exercis,, with which u can loose some weight , and fatts,,
generally they are nothing but staurared fats in body ....
it can be easily reduced my doing exercise in gym or by yoga....
if ur teenage please dnt think about all tis things, day by day these gets reduce as ur studies increases, ur food consumption goes down....
if ur more than 23years,, then exercise is best option with no side effects,,
