Sometimes when I go to sleep at night, I pee in the bed......or at least I think it is pee, but when I wake up in the morning and I am all wet, it is sticky and clear looking liquid.. It is very sticky.. This happens when I am having a good dream! if its is clear then I think its precum and not a wet dream.. Considering that happens even when you pee certainly its not a wet dream..
