It just takes a long time for some of us, but almost every guy if not all eventually gets it.. I am one of the least hairy guys you'd ever meet, but even I have it.. Just give it some time..Health Question & Answer
That will come later the same as hair on your chest etc.. So if you have your pubic hair you are developing well..
