I prefer a rotary electric shaver - like Norelco.. It has less razor burn & a closer shave.. You do have to move the razor around in circular motions so the rotary blades can do a good job.. If the power goes off, I'm screwed - and have to use a twin blade disposable razor that works well in a pinch.. Just have to remember not to bare down too hard to avoid razor burn..Health Question & Answer
