Question: Urinating every two hours last night...?
This has been going on for sometime, but last night was the worse going at 2am, 4am, 6am and again at 8am when I got up.. I know this can be a sign of prostate problem, but I am only 39..

This can be a hard habit to break if there is no underlying medical problem.. You are training your body and mind to behave in a particular pattern.. Try no drinks after 8..00pm and bed at 11.. Your bladder should be completely empty by then..
If you have trouble urinating, if it is cloudy or bloody, you must see your GP asap as this is a clear indicator of problems..
Your GP can give you a PSA test.. This should come back as a reading of 4.. 10 is bad 20 you have problems and above that is serious..
Mine was 44.. I had a benign cyst on my prostate that was treated with anti biotics..

Go to the doctor now, you know this isn't normal and that it is time to get it sorted, the quicker things are seen to the happier you will be, if it turns out to be minor you have lost nothing, if it turns out to be your prostrate the earlier you catch it the better.. Health Question & Answer
Urinary tract infection is always a possibility.. Did you drink a lot of coffee before retiring.? also, seemingly unrelated, sleep apnea could be an issue.. Check it out with your doctor since this has been an on-going problem.. Best of luck..Health Question & Answer
