Well, I don't know what this is but around the head of my penis there is this white stuff all around the foreskin.... It's not irritating but I'm not sure if it is serious!.? what should i do or how do i remove it.?!Health Question & Answer

It's not serious for sure, and it was put there to keep a barrier between the foreskin and the penis head to keep them from fusing together during your growing up years..
Now it's the time to remove it and keep it washed off, because you have reached the stage in life where you are starting to use your penis for more than peeing..
Use a body wash jell, or a mild shampoo.. Most common soap is too strong.. Wet your penis in the tub and put some of the body wash or shampoo directly on the penis head and rube your fingers around the knob and in the areas of the white stuff and it will disolve and come right off from you..
If the slippery contact feels good and you get a hard on, don't worry.. It might be easier to clean that way.. Just keep it slippery so that you don't dry rub the head.. The whole idea is to keep the knob and inner foreskin as sensitve to slippery feel good as possible for an awesome and amazing future sex life..
