Never used one.. But I saw a news report a couple of weeks ago and they showed that it's just a piece of thick paper inside it, and that it doesn't really work.. I personally wouldn't buy it.. Best of luck with your decision..Health Question & Answer

I really don't think so personally, all that crap they sell on tv for $19..99 is always that, crap.. Just like the "ab belt" that is supposed to give you a six pack........all it does it shock your stomach..Health Question & Answer
