I cannot afford breast reduction surgery so don't even suggest that.. I have, however, come to accept my breasts and no longer try to hide them.. It's just that they are beginning to sag now and have a tendency to bounce quite a bit.. This is both painful at times, and annoying.. If a bra is what I need, what kind.? if you aren't trying to hide them then yes, but get a bra without actual cups.. i..e.. sports tank top bra..

See if your insurance would pay for the surgery.. Mine did..
But if you really can't get it or don't want it, there are vests made specifically for guys with gynecomastia that can make your chest look flat underneath your shirt.. Look for those.. Bras are for women..Health Question & Answer

This problem is more common that most men realize.. Good for you that you have accepted the issue and are working through it..

Look into a Sports bra if your thinking about getting one.. Holds everything tight, and it should also give a flatter look if you wanted it.. Usually a good sports bra will last quite some time too..Health Question & Answer
You should've done daily exercise and done some serious cardio.. Since they're saggin you've probably got no choice but to either get a male bra or surgically remove them..Health Question & Answer
