Question: I've been passing out a lot...... Doctors ran all tests possible nothing is wrong .?!.? I don't understand!!.?
It's been a couple of months now i am hanging out with friends casually or in school or playing football what ever doesn't matter.... thing is i just feel like i wanna lie down but before i get anywhere i fall on the ground out cold...... wile unconscious " as i have been told" I keep kicking and moving on the grownd and i can't breath "i dont feel this!!! " My face gets red and after a few minuts of that i just lie still.... i wake up after 5- 15 minuts with a sharp pain in my chest .... I don't understand this and i went to ddifferentdoctors they don't either ! Can anyone help me out .?.?.?Health Question & Answer

Highly these 3 reasons;

1..) You did not drink enough water..
2..) Did not have a proper warm-up..
3..) Did not have a proper meal OR had heavy meal before you exercise..

Ensure these 3 things are gotten rid of.. Have a proper meal and only exercise after at least 30-45 minutes of your meal, thorough warm-up and most importantly, drink plenty of water..
