A direct hard hit to the balls!
I broke the ball right off, from my hip joint in a roller blading wreck, and as much as it hurt, it wasn't as bad as an accidental hit that I got to my nuts when my Bud swung around quickly and and nailed me in the nuts with his hand.
I was doubled over instantly, puking, with this deep ache in my nuts and this knot in my lower guts somewhere! It was the worst type of pain that I ever got!
